at the normal temperature...good till the next day.(freezing O.K.)
[2] Standard class for foreign resident and Japanese
... 1 kind of "Nerikiri"wagashi and 1 kind of "Nagashi-gashi".
Suika(Watermelon)
("Nerikiri"wagashi)
... 2 quarters and 1 half,or 4 quarters of watermelon
at the normal temperature...good till the next day.
Mizore-kan("Nagashi-gashi")agar used wagashi....2pieces
in the fridge...good till 2 days after.
Plastic containers, box, and plastic bag to go.
Notice:
Wagashi are fresh sweets.After you take back,please keep "Nerikiri" at a cool place with no direct sunlight, and "Mizore-kan" in a fridge.
If you don't eat soon,we recommend you to freeze "Nerikiri" wagashi.You can eat in a good taste by defrosting about 2 hours before eating at the normal temperature.
After making Wagashi,we make Matcha green tea and eat one of Wagashi. Lecture and questions.

"Himawari"(Sunflower) ...white kidney beans, sugar, starch syrup, rice powder, potato starch, azuki beans, food coloring(gardenia yellow and green ...plant derived)
"Mizore-kan" ...sugar, white kidney beans, azuki beans, domyoji rice powder, agar, black currant puree, food coloring, flavoring
"Suika"(Watermelon) ...white kidney beans, sugar, starch syrup, rice powder, potato starch, black sesame, food coloring(cochineal extract ..insect derived, gardenia yellow and green ..plant derived)
